On December 8, 2011, the Southeast Agriculture and Forestry Energy Resources Alliance (SAFER) and 25x’25 hosted the first Southern Bioenergy Networks Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. Leaders of biomass and renewable energy education/advocacy organizations from across the South gathered to gather to explore how to build a stronger bioenergy network, share success stories, and learn about resources available to help with network building.
